Hide the Chrome in SharePoint Online

If you ever wanted to hide the chrome in SharePoint to free up all that space (and maybe even use it for printing), it is fairly easy to do. You just have to hide the top and left and then shift the main content over to the left. This can all be done with some CSS. You can place the CSS in a script editor or link to it from a file using the Content Editor Web part. Here is the CSS for a normal SharePoint web part page or classic view of a list or document library.

<style>
#sideNavBox{display:none;width:0px;}
#DeltaPlaceHolderLeftNavBar{display:none;}
#DeltaSPRibbon{display:none;}
#suiteBarDelta{display:none;}
#globalNavBox{display:none;}
#s4-ribbonRow{height:0px;}
#contentBox{margin-left:200px;}
</style>

That is all there is to it. The tricky part for me was figuring out i had to shift the main content box to the left 200px.
